From Beginning to Advanced
The Comprehensive Guitar Course is a drip-style course with a new lesson/lecture being released weekly. This ensures that the student progresses at an even and consistent pace. The most advanced technology is incorporated in this course, including MIDI interfaced guitars, real time graphics that matches the videos, and more! Learn from a professional with advanced degrees, university teaching background, internationally published, and a thriving music academy.
The student will work from the book “The Guitarist’s Handbook” written by former collegiate instructor Keith Sullivan. A PDF version of this book is included with the tuition, however, a physical copy can also be purchased from our shop.
What the student will learn…
The Comprehensive Guitar Course is designed to take the student from the very beginning with steady technique and advice so there is a seamless transition to intermediate and advanced guitar playing.
Students will learn basic strumming techniques including some Latin styles, popular blues patterns and techniques, more advanced chords, Jazz, fingerstyle, and even an introduction to classical guitar techniques. Students have an input too, and the instructor will tailor certain lessons toward a favorite tune or style.
Course Structure
This is a 30 week course. Each new lecture/lesson is released on Sunday, and the student may begin the next lesson at their convenience. The lecture will consist of the instructor demonstrating and explaining elements from the course book and supplemental material. Each lesson will present the lesson plan and book pages, the instructor’s hands, and a real time fingerboard graphic – so if you have many options to what you view!
Important dates
Enrollment is ongoing beginning May 1st, 2026.
